Eng. Yaqoob Al Kiyumi brings nearly 29 years of leadership and management experience across the energy, utilities, manufacturing, and oil and gas sectors. His expertise spans strategic transformation, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement and people development.

Before joining SalamAir, he served as Energy Advisor at Oman’s Ministry of Energy and Minerals, Advisor to the Group CEO of Nama Holding, and CEO of Oman Power & Water Procurement Company.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Coventry University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Hull, UK. He is also a graduate of the first cohort of Oman’s National CEO Program.
