SalamAir is proud to announce the renewal of its longstanding partnership with Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), the Sultanate’s leading energy producer, through the awarding of a new five-year contract to operate scheduled flights to Fahud and Marmul, beginning 1st July 2025. This milestone emphasizes SalamAir’s commitment to delivering value-added, reliable, and efficient air services to its strategic partners. 

Under the renewed agreement, SalamAir will operate 33 flights per week, to support PDO’s workforce transportation needs throughout Oman. These dedicated flights will provide a reliable and secure link between PDO’s key operational hubs, ensuring the safe and timely movement of personnel across sites.

About SalamAir: 
SalamAir currently operates a fleet of 13 Airbus A320/321 aircraft, with over 80 daily flights. In 2025, the airline will expand its fleet with two new aircraft scheduled for delivery in July 2025. SalamAir announced a 10-aircraft order in February 2025, aiming to grow its fleet to 25 aircraft by 2028
